Note: "Guerrilla” come from wanting to be provocative / rebellion and use the native grapes. This wine is a classic Italian variety! Four week maceration of crushed grapes, wild fermentation. 1 year maturation of the wine in 10hl and 20hl old oak barells. Bottling according to Maria Thun moon calendar with minimal addition of sulphur.
Tasting Notes: Intense garnet red colour with violet hues. It displays varietal characteristics of Barbera. Very compelx aroma and flavour of ripe blackberries, forest undergrowth, & plums. A rich, full body with an exceptionally long aftertaste and pleasing freshness.
